Paparazzi -Meet our newest Director ( Team SparkleBlingShop)


I recently started something new. I became an independent consultant for paparazzi.

I am so excited and I am sharing it with everyone I know of this opportunity.

My cousin joined my team and she is on fire….

She became director in 30 days!

Super proud of her and her team that she is building.

Here are some tips on reaching your goals on Director. They can be applied to any of the other levels as well.

From the moment you click “Enter” and order your starter kit, you need to start working on setting your goals. Take time to think about what it is you want in life, from your business and what goals you want to work toward. Your goals can be anything you want them to be, however, if you want to be able to enjoy near unlimited income to help pay for everything you have ever dreamed of, you will want to push yourself and consider building a team.

If you are looking to build a team, here are some tips to help you set and achieve goals in the first 30 days of your business. To help make all your dreams come true as a Paparazzi Consultant, you need to set your first goal of achieving Director during your first 30 days. This will give you a good foundation and prepare you for a successful future in your business.

Here are some things that will help you become a Director in 30 days:

Launch Parties

Schedule three launch parties. These parties are where you introduce your business to all your friends and family. Even many seasoned consultants (including myself) host these every now and then as “relaunch” parties. One party should be online as a live show. This gets your business in front of your friends who are not local. The other two parties should be at your home. One should be held on the weekend and the other during the week. This covers just about everyone no matter what their schedule is.

New parties

Set a goal to book six new parties (not including your launch parties) to be held within the next 30 days. The more parties you have, the more jewelry you sell, the more people you introduce the jewelry too and the more people who may be interested in joining your team.

100s list

Make your list of 100 people you know and interact with. Brainstorm and come up with no less than 100. You can even be vague, such as the barista at your favorite coffee place, the checker at the grocery store or the teller at your bank. Just make sure you approach them about your business and offer them the opportunity to be their own boss too.

Even if you have been with Paparazzi for more than 30 days (even if it’s been 5 years), you can work with these tips and set the same goal.

Comfort zone

Push yourself to step outside of your comfort zone. This includes anything that makes you uncomfortable. Just like your 100s list, consider making a PopCorn List. This list should contain 25-50 people (could be more, depending upon your comfort level). These are the people you are afraid to talk to about your business, but you know they would make amazing hostesses and consultants. Now the list is done…call them!

Now set a goal and meet it! I know you can do it! If you are already a Director, set your goals and aim for Premier Director. The best way to reach Premier Director is to work closely with your team and help your personally enrolled consultants get to Director.

Get you, get busy and go get it done!

Under Construction

Under Construction

Today, I visited my local McDonald’s and they appeared to be under construction,  one would automatically assume that they were closed.

No sir, No mam, they were in full force working as if everything was in place(business as usual).  As I was driving up, I saw that they had sprayed in big bold letters ” WE ARE OPEN.”

When I drove around, I spoke to the worker and told him how I admired how they were inside working under those conditions. His response was ” Gotta keep that money coming”   His statement shared the “PURPOSE”  that had been laid before him by his managers.

This morning encounter is the inspiration for today’s post. Even before speaking to the worker and seeing his response to the situation “Under Construction”  that he was working through,God had already began to speak to me.

He was showing me how we have to be like the McDonald’s Crew. We have to keep working through the “Construction Period’ of our lives. The Final Product is going to be great!

Under Construction

God is working on us through our situations.  Many times we come to the point of quitting before the work is complete. We start to move on to other things and  never see the finished product. We have to stay focused and let God finish the work that he has started in our lives.

The breaking down and building back up may be hard. Some days you feel that this is not for you. It may be easier to do something different.  It may seem that you have been waiting for a long time for your change to come. Just remember that God has not left you or forsaken you.

Here are some tips to help you during the ” Construction Period of you life

  1. Pray Daily
  2. Surround yourself with like -minded individuals (Accountability Partner)
  3. Stay Focused
  4. Ask a friend to be your Prayer Partner
  5. Keep your Vision and Goals before you Daily
  6. Build your Faith- Study God’s word on Faith
  7. Just Believe- No matter what continue to trust GOD
  8. Re-evaluate Often to make sure you are still on track
  9. Get rid of people and things that are not beneficial to the VISION and PLAN

TGIF: A Friday Attitude

No Mountain will hold me back

Happy Friday!!!

Today, try to have a Grateful Heart! Friday is the beginning of the weekend. Friday is payday for most of the working population. Friday is the day that most people have a sense of increased excitement for a number of reasons.

“Mindfulness Activity”

Take a few minutes to focus on how you feel as you began to realize that tomorrow is Friday. That feeling that you are experiencing at this moment would you like to feel this way everyday.

You should try to be more in control of how you feel and how you respond to life on a daily basis. Just know that you attitude affects how you feel. Your attitude affects how you interact with others. Your attitude affects how well you perform at work/school.

I encourage each of you to start your day with making declarations and positive affirmations over your life and your day.

If you are having difficulty in this area, today I will share a series of Positive Affirmations that you can say aloud before you start your day.

Positive Affirmations Tips

Positive Affirmations should be practiced and focused on for several weeks.

Choose one or two to focus on for two or more weeks. Remember to repeat them out loud and in a firm voice.

Say them early in the morning and prior to going to bed.
