I recently started something new. I became an independent consultant for paparazzi.

I am so excited and I am sharing it with everyone I know of this opportunity.

My cousin joined my team and she is on fire….

She became director in 30 days!

Here are some tips on reaching your goals on Director. They can be applied to any of the other levels as well.

From the moment you click “Enter” and order your starter kit, you need to start working on setting your goals. Take time to think about what it is you want in life, from your business and what goals you want to work toward. Your goals can be anything you want them to be, however, if you want to be able to enjoy near unlimited income to help pay for everything you have ever dreamed of, you will want to push yourself and consider building a team.

If you are looking to build a team, here are some tips to help you set and achieve goals in the first 30 days of your business. To help make all your dreams come true as a Paparazzi Consultant, you need to set your first goal of achieving Director during your first 30 days. This will give you a good foundation and prepare you for a successful future in your business.

Here are some things that will help you become a Director in 30 days:

Launch Parties

Schedule three launch parties. These parties are where you introduce your business to all your friends and family. Even many seasoned consultants (including myself) host these every now and then as “relaunch” parties. One party should be online as a live show. This gets your business in front of your friends who are not local. The other two parties should be at your home. One should be held on the weekend and the other during the week. This covers just about everyone no matter what their schedule is.

New parties

Set a goal to book six new parties (not including your launch parties) to be held within the next 30 days. The more parties you have, the more jewelry you sell, the more people you introduce the jewelry too and the more people who may be interested in joining your team.

100s list

Make your list of 100 people you know and interact with. Brainstorm and come up with no less than 100. You can even be vague, such as the barista at your favorite coffee place, the checker at the grocery store or the teller at your bank. Just make sure you approach them about your business and offer them the opportunity to be their own boss too.

Even if you have been with Paparazzi for more than 30 days (even if it’s been 5 years), you can work with these tips and set the same goal.

Comfort zone

Push yourself to step outside of your comfort zone. This includes anything that makes you uncomfortable. Just like your 100s list, consider making a PopCorn List. This list should contain 25-50 people (could be more, depending upon your comfort level). These are the people you are afraid to talk to about your business, but you know they would make amazing hostesses and consultants. Now the list is done…call them!

Now set a goal and meet it! I know you can do it! If you are already a Director, set your goals and aim for Premier Director. The best way to reach Premier Director is to work closely with your team and help your personally enrolled consultants get to Director.

Get you, get busy and go get it done!
