And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: Gen 12:2 (KJV)

God keep his promises…

In the beginning God made promises to his people. He is not a person that he should lie.  We have to learn to Trust God and Obey.

You may be faced with some tough situations in your life and you may not can see your way out. It is a our natural response to try to figure things out in regards to our personal situations of life. But we have to also stand on the “promises” of God to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

As Christians, we know that are hope and strength lies in God. God takes care of his own. Looking back over all the ways that he has made in the past should give one reassurance that he has their back.  We can not operate in a spirit of fear ( Phil 4:6-8 )

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Just this this past week, we saw a mighty move in regards to miracles being performed and God making provisions for our outreach program. On a  monthly basis we serve hundreds of families in our community. Our program is ran strictly off of donations from church members and a partnership with a local food agency where most of the food that we receive is free. On the previous Wednesday that we were opened, the shelves were literally empty. As I hug the last patron, I was thinking to myself  “God we need to be able to do more” , the lady responded to my gesture with sincere thanks. God knows are heart and he hears our thoughts and prayers. I had no idea what was to happen in the following days. On Friday I received a message from our  wonderful Pastor that someone wanted to make a monetary donation to the outreach ministry.  This donation was more than enough for us to fill the shelves and the deep freezers. We were so excited of this miracle because we knew that without a miracle the doors would need to be closed.

We give God all the glory for making a way when it seem like there was no way. God has made provision for the vision. You just have to be obedient and trust him along with being in position to be blessed.

He Makes Provision|Psalms 23|

15 - 1
Standard

15 - 1Why worry when God has already made provision.

He continues to take care of us and make ways out of no way.

We just have to trust him.

God is not like man. He does not make promises that he does not keep. If its spoken over your life or if it’s written in his word it will happen.

Just find yourself being obedient and living a life pleasing in his sight.

PSALMS 23

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

CBT increases patients’ belief in their ability to manage their condition, and it helps them change pessimistic thoughts and negative feelings regarding symptoms like pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. “Through CBT, fibromyalgia patients learn techniques that help them to manage their symptoms better and develop a different attitude towards pain — more of acceptance and less catastrophizing,”
Cognitive Therapy Behavior means thinking about changes that can improve your life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy will never take the place of a solid diagnosis and medication, but it can help you examine your life to identify problem areas where you can exert control.
