Book of the Bible ( Psalms 116)

Book of the Bible ( Psalms 116)

We all have some good days and some bad days. Sometimes it seems like things will not change. You can go on for days even nights wondering when will the ” Change ” come for me. I must say that I to have been that person who has asked the question but I have learned that you can not go on how things are looking or even off how I may be feeling. The best thing that I have learned is not to focus on my situation but to focus on how I have been blessed in other situations and trust God to make as ways as he has done so many times before.

God has never left me nor has he forsaken me or my family.   In the past 12 months, I have been faced with some very difficult situations in my health as well as list some very dear family members. We have been faced with some difficult times in regards to financial situations. I dare not to go into details on just how difficult the times have been because that would defeat the purpose of this post. It is my desire and encourage someone that may be feeling like it’s just too much for me, hopeless and down.  It is not part of God ‘s plan to to cause harm to any of us.

In the middle of last year after my surgery a God should be in word the scripture Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

For now, this scripture is my motto and one that is helping me on a daily basis. When I am struggling the hardest, I  find myself quoting this over in my head ” hope &  A future”  We have not rest knowing that God’s plan and purpose for our lives is for us to be Blessed. So my words for you is to grab on tight to the word of God, Increase your Faith & Encourage yourself. A change is coming!!!!

This is a great book. The author has a funny and authentic any of presenting biblical principles for everyday living in a fast paced life. She encourages us to slow down and find a balance.  So many of us find ourselves very busy with so many activities that we never realize just how fast time is moving. In all that we do, we must make sure that we working in our purpose.

I take nothing for granted. Every day is a new opportunity to get those things done that you have not done yet. Do not get frustrated with the fact that you did not get it done yesterday but thank God for “Life”  and the opportunity that he has placed before you on this day.

So many are struggling with wondering why things didn’t happen they way that they plan. Have you every thought that maybe it was just not the time for it to happen.  Just maybe God has something better for you. Just maybe he is testing you to see if you are going to be Obedient! We are all full with Purpose and we must not get weary.  Do give up but keep moving forward…… Timing is everything…

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 KJV

[1] … To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: [2] A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; [3] A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; [4] A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; [5] A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; [6] A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; [7] A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; [8] A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. …

I have been on my natural hair journey for two years and I am very pleased we with the process.  If I had known the things that I have learned over these past two years,  I would have never relaxed my hair.

I can’t cry over spoiled milk but must move on to using what I have learned to have healthy hair and to share with others that are interested in having healthy hair.

thanks for reading and following my blog. Feel free to share and join in the discussion.  If I don’t have the answer I will find out and report back to you.
