Happy Friday!!!

Today, try to have a Grateful Heart! Friday is the beginning of the weekend. Friday is payday for most of the working population. Friday is the day that most people have a sense of increased excitement for a number of reasons.

“Mindfulness Activity”

Take a few minutes to focus on how you feel as you began to realize that tomorrow is Friday.  That feeling that you are experiencing at this moment would you like to feel this way everyday.

You should try to be more in control of how you feel and how you respond to life on a daily basis. Just know that you attitude affects how you feel. Your attitude affects how you interact with others. Your attitude affects how well you perform at work/school.

I encourage each of you to start your day with making declarations and positive affirmations over your life and your day.

If you are having difficulty in this area, today I will share a series of Positive Affirmations that you can say aloud before you start your day.

Positive Affirmations Tips 

Positive Affirmations should be practiced and focused on for several weeks.

Choose one or two to focus on for two or more weeks. Remember to repeat them out loud and in a firm voice.

Say them early in the morning and prior to going to bed.

Everyday A Friday

Everyone lives for Friday. What is it about Friday that gets your energy going. When you think of Friday what comes to your mind?  What if you could have that “Friday” feeling every day. What a  great feeling that would be.

Being happy takes some effort and we have to choose happiness. When you get up in the morning you have to believe that you are going to have a good day. You have to speak to your situation and Say. Today is a good day. Good things are happening for me and my family. Look for things to change when you change your attitude.   Do not become a victim to circumstance. 

I live by the motto to look better than I feel. I walk in the authority and my faith that today and every day will be a Good Day!  It may not be all “Good” but I assure you that the good outweighs the bad and for that I am forever Thankful….

Everday a Friday…It takes less effort to Smile than to Frown.  Keep your smile and look for good thing to happen in your life.  You have the right to be Happy!

Be happy on purpose ….Live on purpose…..it’s a part of the plan that God has for your life….
