Tis The Season
Christmas is the time of the year to be spent with family and friends. A time to enjoy each other and have a good time. Sometimes all of the gatherings and shopping can become overwhelming and take the JOY out of the Holiday.
Remember the reason that we celebrate.
Jesus is the reason for the season.Celebration of his birth.

3.Give yourself permission to Rest and say “NO” to some activities.
4.Take a cat nap.
5.Reflect on the current year to create a better vision for the year ahead.
6. Take care of your body.
7. Focus on one thing or task at a time.
